"Inverted Cities” is inspired by the future landscapes of cities
I travelled to in the past.

The hundreds of signboards and billboards advertising electronics in Ciudad del Este, the infinitely expanding shopping malls in the center of Manila, and the old seaside streets in Montevideo, slowly decaying into the sunlight. I wonder what it will become of these (past) landscapes in the future.

The images from these cities are fragmented in my memory, sometimes they get mixed up with images from other cities, or become purified through time, going to gradually shape yet unexplored landscapes.
